The Challenge: A cross-industry global business services provider sought to create greater brand awareness to expand reach in specific markets.
The Process: This long-term project involved working with managers and subject matter experts worldwide across six business verticals touching publishing, information systems, financial services and LPO. The process was phased and included redesigning the company website, and creating new or revised branded content for both inbound and outbound marketing purposes.
Project Elements: Consulting, competitive analysis, website design, image sourcing, content review, content creation and editing, SEO; ongoing creation and revision of collateral including service line overviews, PowerPoint presentations, and case studies; conception and creation of both print and digital ad campaigns; creation of associated landing pages; establishment of marketing communication processes to facilitate content creation.
